If you're interested in the early days of Cleveland television and how they helped shape comedy and entertainment on a national stage, you won’t want to miss this special event that benefits Longwood Manor.
On Wednesday, June 3, at 7 p.m., authors Janice and Mike Olszewski will share never-before-seen footage, comedy outtakes, and stories from their upcoming book about three of Northeast Ohio’s most beloved personalities: Ernie “Ghoulardi” Anderson, Tim Conway, and Big Chuck Schodowski.
The presentation will feature long-lost films and classic performances these legendary entertainers whose work helped define Northeast Ohio television history.
Admission is free. Donations are welcome and benefit the restoration of Longwood Manor, Macedonia’s only building on the National Register of Historic Places, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year.
