The BZA meetings are held in the City Council Chambers every third Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. on an as-needed basis. The BZA meeting is held in order to apply for a variance due to current legislation that would otherwise prevent lawful completion of such building application. **At the request of the Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals, the January 21, 2026, meeting has been rescheduled to February 18, 2026, to review and approve Case #722 minutes and elect new officers.
