| Water Fitness Activities
The facility offers many Water Fitness Activities to fit your schedule. The minimum age for classes is 12. Depending on the swimming ability of the child, the parent may be required to attend class with the child. Participants ages 12 to 17 must have a parent or guardian sign a waiver form for them to participate in class. Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Exercise Program
This class is designed for individuals with arthritis. It is not intended to replace a prescribed regimen of therapeutic exercises. The warmth and buoyancy of the water can help decrease pain and/or stiffness and help improve or maintain joint flexibility. The Activity pool is kept at 85 - 86 degrees and allows for easy access. The class takes place in shallow water. You need to be comfortable in the pool but do not need to know how to swim in deep water. Drop ins welcome. Coupon accepted. Senior Shape and Tone
This class is designed for people who need to improve their range of motion, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. The one-hour class begins with a warm-up, followed by a short aerobic segment, then a stretch and toning segment and finally, a cool down. There is limited joint impact and the class will take place in the lap pool where the temperature is 84 degrees. Drop ins welcome. Coupon accepted.

H3O/Water Workout x 3
One pool, three workouts! If your fitness progress has ever stagnated because your body is used to the same old work out, this class is for you. Class content is rotated between three high powered work outs that each focus on a separate fitness component: The Water Circuit class will focus on timed segments of aerobic activity blended with a variety of toning exercises. The High Intensity class will focus on keeping your heart rate elevated for the duration of the class. The Toning class will focus on improving muscle strength and endurance through the use of exercise bands and other equipment. Drop ins welcome. Coupon accepted.
